Tablet support includes display damage, battery and charging issues, touch response, keyboard connections and software problems. For Surface Pro, Surface Go and Surface Laptop enquiries, include the generation and full model number. Some sealed devices require a more involved repair, so the options and costs are discussed after assessment.
Protect your files and account access
Back up accessible photos, contacts and documents before handing over a device. Mention if keeping existing data is more important than restoring the device. A reset can erase information and should be agreed first. Do not send passwords or one-time codes in an initial enquiry. Account access must be authorised by the owner; we do not promise to bypass activation or account locks.
