A dual-camera forklift recording installation for a client facility within Oilfields Supply Center, Dubai.
L‑Techer installed a front-facing and driver-facing dash camera system to record forklift operations, giving the client footage to review following an accident or operating mistake. The work was carried out for a company operating inside the centre; the client’s name is kept confidential.

The client’s requirement
The client wanted to check recordings when an accident or operating mistake occurred. Recording both the area ahead and the driver’s actions helps management review the circumstances before deciding on appropriate follow-up action.
The installation
The two-camera setup provides a forward view of the forklift’s operating area and a separate view facing the driver. Video and audio are recorded to a 256 GB SD card while the forklift is operating.

Supporting incident review
The recordings give management a reference when investigating an incident or reviewing an operating error. The two views provide complementary context about the area in front of the forklift and the operator’s actions.
